FINNLAY K
Finnlay K is a self-taught singer-songwriter and rising star from North Wales, quickly carving out a name for himself in the UK music scene. Known for his infectious blend of indie-pop anthems and nostalgic Britpop influences, Finnlay K's music has already captured the attention of a rapidly growing fanbase.
Finnlay's musical journey began long before he picked up his first guitar at 15, writing songs from the age of 3. By his late teens, he was performing cover gigs in local pubs and bars, gaining invaluable experience that would later shape his unique sound.
Beyond the music, Finnlay holds a unique position as the co-host of Have A Word—one of the UK's biggest comedy podcasts. With over 30,000+ paid Patreon subscribers and consistently ranking in the global top 15 on Patreon, the podcast gives Finnlay a built-in audience and a platform to showcase his music to tens of thousands every week. His wit, charisma, and down-to-earth personality have made him a fan favorite, with his unique voice resonating both on air and on stage.
To date, Finnlay has received airplay and support from BBC Radio Wales, BBC Merseyside, BBC Manchester, Capital FM, and XS Manchester, most recently performing at the legendary Cavern Club for a BBC Introducing showcase. He has supported Red Rum Club and Jamie Webster, and toured nationwide as the musical guest on Have A Word—most recently on the Murderers' Row tour featuring UK comedy talent like Fin Taylor, Seann Walsh, Tom Stade, and Mike Rice. The tour sold out major venues including Hackney Empire, Manchester Opera House, and shows in Cardiff, Nottingham, Dublin, and Glasgow. December 2025 will see Finnlay return to Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena, a venue he and the podcast previously sold out in 2022.
